Do you make good after the beam goes in?
Yes. We box in and fire protect the steel, plaster the beam and reveals, infill the floor where the wall stood and leave the room ready for decoration.
Can you work outside opening hours in a shop?
Where the landlord, neighbours and building control allow, commercial work can be planned around trading hours. We agree the programme before work starts.
Do conversions need planning permission?
Converting a house into flats normally needs planning permission, and many HMOs do too, depending on size and local rules. Building regulations approval is needed for the structural work in every case.
